Practice Policies

Appointment Policy 

Whether you're a new or returning patient, please schedule your appointment online. If you have questions about which type of appointment to book or need to be seen urgently but cannot find an available slot, contact our office at 1+(202) 742-3999.

A valid credit card is required to book your appointment. While we do not charge your card when scheduling, it is subject to our Appointment Cancellation Policy.

Please note that the card used for booking is not saved for payment at checkout. If you wish to pay with a credit card, please bring the physical card to your appointment.

Any appointment requiring one or more hours will require a 50% deposit.


Appointment Cancellation Policy

We have a limited number of appointments each day. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your slot to another patient.

If you cancel, reschedule, or miss your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a $300 fee will be charged to the card used to book the appointment.

For lengthy appointments that require one or more hours and a 50% deposit, if you cancel, reschedule within 24 hours, or fail to show up, you forfeit your deposit. The funds will not transfer to future appointments.

This policy applies to all appointments, including consultations, in-person consultations, and follow-up appointments.


Late Arrival Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, there is no guarantee that you will receive treatment that day. Out of respect for other patients and their scheduled time, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another day to provide the necessary treatment.

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at the time of treatment. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Debit card

  • Credit card

  • Cherry financing (application and approval required prior to checkout)

We do not accept insurance.


Photography Policy

All patients are required to have their photo taken before and after treatment as part of their medical record at each appointment. These photos help us track your journey and maintain clear and accountable progress throughout your treatments.

Patients will be asked to remove makeup using wipes or face wash provided.

All patient photos are part of your medical record and are kept secure. No patient photos are ever published or shared without direct consent from the patient.


HIPAA COMPLIANCE POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your medical records. All patient information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). This means your medical records and personal information are kept confidential and secure. We do not share your information with anyone without your explicit consent, except as required by law.


REFUND POLICY

Our procedures are medical in nature, and while we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients, we cannot guarantee specific results. Due to the individualized nature of medical treatments, we do not issue refunds. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to working with you to ensure the best possible experience and results.
