Please note that I am committed to providing all of my patients with exceptional care.

Please provide 24-hours notice to avoid cancellation/late reschedule fees.
You may provide notice by calling 202.742.3999 (leave a message if necessary) or by logging in to your patient portal to cancel/reschedule. If notification is not given 24 hour prior to your originally scheduled appointment time, you will be charged $300 for the missed/late reschedule appointment. We do not have the ability to override this practice policy.
How much does a consultation cost?
In-person consultations are $150 and this charge can be applied to any service provided on the same day with that specific provider.
I recommend discussing all of your concerns at your consult even if you plan to schedule them separately in the future.
You will be asked to provide your credit card in order make an appointment. At that time you will also be asked to acknowledge the 24 hour no show/cancellation/reschedule policy of $300. The credit card will only be charged in the case of failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment (including consultations) 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled appointment time. We do not store credit cards for payment of services.
When should I schedule my appointment?
Schedule your appointment at least 2 weeks before attending any special event. Bruising and swelling may be apparent during that time period. Reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance if you have a rash, cold sore or blemish on the area to be treated.
I want to get wedding ready. When should I start?
Ideally, at least 3 months prior to the the big day. I want you to look your very best this means we need to allow time for skin recovery from a new skin care routine or any potential swelling or bruising to resolve. Some treatments which involve multiple treatment sessions like those using Qwo, Kybella, Sculptra, and microneedling need to begin 4-6 months out so that optimal results can be achieved. Please contact me to schedule a time to chat and plan customized timeline.
What should I do before I come in for treatment?
Do not consume alcoholic beverages at least 24 hours prior to treatment as the risk of bruising is increased.
Avoid anti-inflammatory/blood thinning medications, if possible, for 3 days before treatment: aspirin, vitamin E, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, St. John’s Wort, turmeric, Omega 3/Fish Oil supplements, Ibuprofen, Motrin, Advil, and Aleve all have a blood thinning effect and can increase the risk of bruising after injections. Should you have had any of these, please note they should not affect your end result. They simply increase your risk of bruising and recovery from the bruise.
Contact me if you have a history of cold sores or “fever blisters” so that a medication can be prescribed 2 days prior to your appointment to minimize a recurrence.
Where should I park?
Street parking usually available. Paid parking is available beneath our building, 2440 M St NW; unfortunately, we do not validate. Parking is also available 24/7 across the street at 2445 M St NW and the fee is lower that that of our building.
